Collatio Media AB, org.nr 559495-1609, is the controller for personal data collected through this website. The office is in Stockholm, Sweden.

What we collect

• Contact form. Name, email address, and message, so we can read and reply to your enquiry.
• Server logs. IP address, user agent, requested URL, and time, kept briefly for security and debugging.
• Security data. Cloudflare, which fronts the site, may process connection data for CDN, TLS, and bot protection.

We do not run analytics, advertising tags, or a newsletter on this site.

Why we use it

We use contact details to answer the message you sent. We use logs and Cloudflare data to keep the site available and to limit abuse. We do not sell personal data.

Who else sees it

Enquiry email is delivered with Amazon SES. The site is hosted on our servers and protected by Cloudflare. Those providers process data only to deliver those services.

How long we keep it

Contact messages are kept as long as needed to handle the enquiry and related follow-up. Logs are rotated on a short schedule.

Your rights

Under GDPR you can ask for access, correction, deletion, or restriction, and you can lodge a complaint with Integritetsskyddsmyndigheten (IMY) in Sweden.
